Fuelled by a passion for property (and hot chocolate), I know first-hand how confusing and overwhelming home-buying can be.

Having spent a chunk of my career as a Buyer's Advocate, I also know it's hard enough to find the right property let alone talk dollars with banks at the same time.

After navigating my own financing and buying journey, I couldn't help but feel that it really doesn't have to be this hard!

Fast forward to today, I've dedicated my professional career to making finance fun, simple and accessible for everyone.

With 4 years of broking under her belt and a background in politics (yes… the paperwork really is her love language), Josie is all about creating a home-buying experience that feels clear, calm and genuinely supported from day one.

After years in Canberra, she’s now settled in Yass, helping first and family-home buyers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence and a whole lot less stress.

For Josie, client experience isn’t a buzzword. It’s the thing she obsesses over. She’s the broker who explains everything in plain English, celebrates every win with you, and makes sure you always know what’s happening next.

When she’s not deep in scenarios, you’ll find her reading a good book, listening to Taylor Swift on repeat, or hanging out with her two ragdoll cats, Maisie and Murphy.
